Current Title: Data Analyst

SUMMARY: Designs and generates surveys for assigned clients, analyzes output reports to determine if client needs are being met, and conveys findings to client and other functional team members.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishes and executes client survey design parameters, including:
- Adjusting sampling ratios
- Creating custom assignment flags
- Mapping Locations
- Tracks incoming data files and analyzes receipt dates and content to ensure no gap in surveys fielded.
- Ensures that all data files are processed and that the system converts information into customized surveys.
- Reviews output of survey generation process to determine if all parameters have been properly executed.
- Corrects any discrepancies identified before surveys are fielded whenever possible.
- Works with client to resolve any system or data file issues.
- Generates ad hoc reports for clients.
- Executes client survey design change requests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in healthcare informatics, database/computer sciences, or related field.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytic ability, able to define a logical process and build redundancy checks into this process.
- Proficient in data processing, data analysis and data translation, experience with Pervasive software preferred.
- Advanced Excel competence - pivot table, formulas, etc.

SUMMARY: The Associate Data Analyst will report to the Quality Data Services Manager, and will be responsible for designing surveys, troubleshooting problems, working with data files, and producing user-friendly reports, helping guide our clients through detailed survey processes. Current Title: Direct Marketing Database Manager
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing & Sales
SUMMARY: The Direct Marketing Database Manager is responsible for the handling of all data surrounding the marketing database as well as the preparation and execution data for marketing campaigns.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages database(s) and list segmentations
- Conducts market research including segmentation analysis, forecasting and projection of sales trends
- Responds to research requests from managers
- Proactively produces substantiated direct marketing recommendations for current and potential partners based on research findings
- Conducts and tracks competitive intelligence, including products/services, advertising, and communication strategies to help guide the Marketing team's strategic direction
- Evaluates options for purchasing external contact lists and makes recommendations based on campaign strategy and budget
- Measures success of direct marketing campaigns

- Tracks advertising options and gathers information on readership demographics for advertising placement

SUMMARY: The Client Services Manager is a strategic counterpart to the client-partner primary contact. This position has a primary responsibility for overall status of ongoing relationship management to assure customer confidence, loyalty, and endorsement. This role works closely with functional team members to address client, environment, and industry issues and develop effective work processes. CSMs provide in-office support to include but not limited to: coordination of customer needs and requests, problem resolution, and maintaining improvement touch points with partners to assure success
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates and manages partner relationship in conjunction with internal team members:
- Orchestrates completion of requests for Avatar services (PI, Consulting, Research, Analytics, Renewal/New Services and Survey Customization) to assure that change request is of sufficient detail to assure internal customer can complete requested services in an accurate, complete, and timely manner.
- Provide survey processing reports to partner, as delivered by Data Analyst, assuring that any unusual findings explanations (known processing problems/corrective actions such as zero counts and lookup failures) are delivered along with report.
- Provide the client with regular status reports for requested services (change requests, processing reports, special reports, research requests) and address internal coordination necessary to meet established deadlines.
- Participate as a member of functional team in partner startup calls to assure effective handover and continuity of relationship at the conclusion of the startup phase.
- Proactively connects with client-partner through Care Calls/Touchpoints to assure needs are being met. For Top 20 partners, this includes coordinating and conducting regular partner calls. For B and C level partners, conduct Partner Care Calls/create Touchpoints as described in annual KPO plans to assure ongoing and regular communications.
- Provides first level improvement support by assisting partners in website navigation and review of results to identify improvement opportunities and progress towards goals.
- Maintains appropriate documentation in Avatar CRM and change request systems.
- Provide helpline and extended-hours client support.
QUALIFICATIONS:

SUMMARY: The Senior Quality and Compliance Manager champions quality throughout the company. The SQCM plans, implements, monitors, reports on and advances the quality systems at all levels of the organization. They oversee and conduct analysis to assure final product meets customer and internal quality standards. They evaluate procedures, policies, strategies and systems and recommend and implement improvements in cooperation with organizational leaders. This position is responsible for assuring compliance with both internal and external requirements/standards including but not limited to CAHPS requirements and URAC (HIPAA privacy and security) standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to assure that company quality systems and policies are in compliance with requirements, specific plans include but are not limited to:
- HIPAA Privacy and Security Program
- CAHPS Compliance Programs
- Avatar Quality Plan
- Promotes quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
- Establishes quality and reliability standards by studying regulatory, product and consumer requirements with other members of management and staff. This position gathers and analyzes customer data to identify trends and customer needs. With this data they make recommendations for improving quality and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Establishes, maintains and updates product quality documentation system by writing and updating quality assurance procedures, including submission of annual quality documentation to external parties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult clients through various survey processes including:
- Survey item selection
- Survey administration
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Feedback session planning
- Post survey communication and action planning
- Act as a main contact and resource for clients throughout project including answering questions and providing consultation
- Prepare results reports and present high level analysis to clients
- Create results presentations and help clients plan for data-driven change as a result of their survey process
- Train clients to use online reporting and action planning tool
- Coordinate with Quality Data Services, Marketing, Sales and Consulting teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded
- Manage multiple projects, workflow and tasks, and respond to changing priorities
- Manage client budgets and costs
- Identify additional products or services that can be provided to enable client to maximize organizational improvement efforts
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through strong service to clients and commitment to quality deliverables
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Three to five years experience in managing projects. (Experience related to employee survey methods and statistics highly desirable)
- Experience working with data evaluation a plus
- Required Skills:
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills
- Data analysis and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional organizational skills as demonstrated by an ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines
- Detail oriented and commitment to quality
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn and use proprietary, internet-based workflow software
- Limited travel may be required.
