Ashley Nuese

Ashley Nuese is the Director of Account Management at Avatar Solutions. She is responsible for the firm's workforce survey client satisfaction and retention rates. In this role, Ashley serves as the client advocate by evaluating the client experience on an ongoing basis to shepherd the relationship from beginning to long-standing partner. She is also actively involved in expanding and nurturing Avatar's client relationships by aligning clients' organizational needs with Avatar's product and service portfolio. In addition, Ashley helps define Avatar's strategic market position based on client feedback and her interaction in the industry. Ashley obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, graduating with an emphasis in Psychology and Italian.

Outside of the office, Ashley is an avid runner having completed four marathons. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and wedding planning as she recently got engaged. Being a Minnesota native, she partakes in ice fishing trips to the land of 10,000 lakes on her winter vacations. She had the opportunity to study abroad in Bologna, Italy at the Universitá di Bologna for a year to enhance her knowledge of the Italian language and culture. Ashley gives back to the community through charitable donations and road race entries that assist in raising funds for those in need.
