Chief Executive Officer & President Jeffrey J. Brady Jeff Brady is the Chief Executive Officer and President at Avatar Solutions (formerly, Avatar International LLC and HR Solutions Inc.). Prior to joining Avatar, Jeff was President and Chief Executive Officer at Advanced Health Media (AHM), a software and services provider of sales force logistics and regulatory compliance solutions for the global pharmaceutical/medical devices industry. During his tenure at AHM, Jeff drove a transformational growth strategy and led its operational execution that grew the company from under $10 million in annual revenue to over $400 million in annual revenue over a six-year timeframe. |

Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer Marty Wehrle Marty Wehrle is the Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at Avatar Solutions. Marty joined the Avatar team in 2012, and is responsible for leading the expansion of Avatar's technological capabilities, including innovating sophisticated reporting and business analytics capabilities. |

Senior Vice President of Performance Improvement Lynn Ehrmantraut Lynn Ehrmantraut is the Senior Vice President of Performance Improvement for Avatar Solutions. She is responsible both externally and internally to set the agenda for Quality Improvement and Research Development aimed at improving the patient experience. |

Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing Jean Neiner Jean Neiner is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Avatar Solutions. Jean joined the Avatar team in 2012 and has over 30 years of healthcare experience. Her responsibilities at Avatar consist of acquiring new partners, growing revenue, expanding market share, retaining current partners, streamlining sales operations, marketing and brand management. |

Chief Operating Officer Angela Fieler Angela Fieler is the Chief Operating Officer at Avatar Solutions and is responsible for all survey production functions. Under her leadership, the Organizational Development, Data Analysis, Partner Service Management, and Report Writing teams provide all initial customer support, including survey design, data file analysis, special reports, and quality control. |

Vice President of Operations Meredith Boza Meredith Boza is the Vice President of Operations for Avatar Solutions and is responsible for the overall operations to deliver top quality products and services to our clients. Specifically, she is responsible for the leadership, guidance, and management of the firm's Quality Data Services team and the Project Management team. Meredith's teams manage all aspects of project execution beginning with survey design consultation, administration, data delivery, and analysis for all survey projects. Meredith has in-depth expertise in operations management, quality control, and process improvement, including proficiency in Six Sigma process improvement methodology. |

Vice President, Training & Development Jason Macedonia Since joining Avatar Solutions in 2003, Jason Macedonia has led Avatar's expansion and development and has facilitated quality improvement efforts with hundreds of healthcare organizations. Jason has established strategic relationships with large GPOs including the University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC), Novation, VHA, and Quorum Health Resources (QHR) as well as with renowned healthcare organizations including Kaiser Permanente and Mayo Clinic. |

Chief Financial Officer Leah Carden Leah Carden joined Avatar Solutions in June of 2008. As Chief Financial Officer, Leah is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, guidance, and management of the firm's finance, human resource and mail production efforts. |

Director of Account Management Ashley Nuese Ashley Nuese is the Director of Account Management at Avatar Solutions. She is responsible for the firm's workforce survey client satisfaction and retention rates. In this role, Ashley serves as the client advocate by evaluating the client experience on an ongoing basis to shepherd the relationship from beginning to long-standing partner. She is also actively involved in expanding and nurturing Avatar's client relationships by aligning clients' organizational needs with Avatar's product and service portfolio. In addition, Ashley helps define Avatar's strategic market position based on client feedback and her interaction in the industry. |

Director of Workforce Consulting Services Murat Philippe Murat Philippe is the Director of Workforce Consulting Services for Avatar Solutions. Having worked in the survey industry for over 15 years, he functions as a key analyst and has been vital to establishing the organization's employee engagement philosophy, Personal Employee Engagement Reports (PEER), and in identifying the first-ever linkage between diversity and engagement. In addition to speaking at national conferences and facilitating over 2,000 focus groups, Murat guides leadership teams through results presentations, the action-planning process, and our innovative ActionPro software. |
