Meredith Boza

Meredith Boza is the Vice President of Operations for Avatar Solutions and is responsible for the overall operations to deliver top quality products and services to our clients. Specifically, she is responsible for the leadership, guidance, and management of the firm's Quality Data Services team and the Project Management team. Meredith's teams manage all aspects of project execution beginning with survey design consultation, administration, data delivery, and analysis for all survey projects. Meredith has in-depth expertise in operations management, quality control, and process improvement, including proficiency in Six Sigma process improvement methodology.

Meredith received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN. Prior to joining Avatar, Meredith was a Six Sigma Black Belt for SymphonyIRI Group, a leading provider of market information and solutions for the consumer package goods industry.

Outside of the office, Meredith enjoys cooking, expanding her cookbook collection, and traveling. She is originally from Lake Bluff, IL, and currently resides in Chicago, where she lives with her husband Brad and their dog Bruce.
